Expert tip: skincare for combination skin
“Treat combination skin by zone: a balancing cleanser everywhere, a lightweight moisturiser on the T-zone and a little more on the cheeks. Most Obagi systems come in Normal to Dry and Normal to Oily, so pick the one that matches the larger area.”
Hannah Clarke, Founder, HC Skin
Book a skin analysisSkincare for combination skin: your questions
Should I use Normal to Dry or Normal to Oily products?
Go by how most of your face behaves. If you are not sure, a free skin analysis will tell you.
Can I use different moisturisers on different areas?
Yes. Many people use a richer cream on the cheeks and a lighter one on the T-zone.
Does combination skin change with the seasons?
Often, yes. Skin can be oilier in summer and drier in winter.
