Your Consultation, Done Properly
When you collect, you go through your consultation form with your therapist on a tablet in clinic. It covers your skin history, any medication and how your skin is responding, so we only hand over products that suit you.
Then we scan your skin with the Observ 520x and talk you through how to use each product.

How It Works: Your Questions
Do I have to come to the clinic to get my products?
Yes. We do not deliver. Every order is collected at an appointment you choose, because it includes your consultation form and Observ 520x face scan, so we can check the products are right for your skin.
How do I choose my appointment?
After adding products to your basket, choose a date and time for your collection appointment in your basket. We confirm your appointment by email with your consultation form.
What happens at the appointment?
You complete or review your consultation form, have an Observ 520x face scan, and collect your products. Your therapist talks you through the scan and how to use each product.
Why come back each time you restock?
Most skincare products take four to twelve weeks to show results. A scan each time you collect shows changes in pigmentation, redness and congestion that are hard to see in the mirror, so we can adjust your routine as your skin improves.
Can I change my appointment?
Yes. Use the link in your confirmation email or call the clinic on 07514 307 552 to move your appointment.
