Prescription skincare consultation
Some skin concerns, including stubborn pigmentation and melasma, can need prescription-strength treatment. These treatments are only available after a face-to-face consultation with a qualified prescriber.
At your consultation, our prescriber assesses your skin, takes your medical history and explains your options. If a prescription treatment is suitable and safe for you, they will set up a plan and review your progress with you.

Prescription skincare: your questions
Who will I see at my consultation?
Our independent nurse prescriber, who is qualified to assess your skin and prescribe treatment where it is suitable.
Will I definitely get a prescription?
Not always. Your prescriber only recommends prescription treatment if it is suitable and safe for you. Many concerns respond well to non-prescription skincare.
Can I buy prescription skincare online?
No. Prescription-only treatments are only supplied after a face-to-face consultation, and are never sold through the online shop.
