What Obagi-C Balancing Toner does
Obagi-C Balancing Toner is an alcohol-free, non-drying toner made for normal to oily skin. It is step two of the Obagi-C Fx System for oily skin.
This Obagi toner adjusts the skin's pH after cleansing without leaving it tight, which helps the active ingredients that follow work more effectively. It contains witch hazel, known for its soothing properties and ability to remove excess oil, plus aloe, a water-binding ingredient with soothing and antioxidant benefits. Skin feels fresh, balanced and ready for your vitamin C serum. For normal to dry skin, the Nu-Derm 2 Toner is a gentle alternative.
